Cognet offers various training methods from private courses to online training and blended learning.
Public courses
Cognet offer a range of public courses through out the UK. Check out our available courses in your area. Simply click the course you wish to attend and follow the online instructions to book and pay for you're place. Alternatively give us a call and let us help you with your booking over the phone.
Live online
Live and interactive online sessions run over a webinar. Everyone on the session can talk to each other, share their screens, and if they have a webcam, share their video. Currently we offer 2 courses via zoom. Mental Health First Aid and Hydrofluoric Acid Awareness.
In-house private course
Cognet provide private inhouse courses bespoke to your specific needs . If you wish to book a private course for up to 12 learners contact us via the website or call our office to discuss your requirements.
Elearning
Cognet provide a large number of e learning courses. Self-paced modules that are completed online, at the learner’s own pace.

FIRST AID COURSES
If you have identified that you need first-aiders in your place of work they will need to achieve a certificate of competence in First Aid At Work (FAW) or Emergency First Aid At Work (EFAW). The FAW certificate is valid for 3 years and before the expiry date first aiders will need to undertake a First Aid At Work Re-qualification course to obtain another 3 year certificate.
HEALTH AND SAFTEY COURSES
Good health and safety practice makes good business sense. There is more at stake than just bad reputations, lost working days and high legal fees for businesses who are complicit in poor practices. Over 200 people are killed each year in workplace accidents with over a further one million injured. Furthermore, over two million people are affected by illnesses that are caused by, or worsened by their working practices or working conditions.
